§ MR. T. W. RUSSELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say when the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the alleged grievances of the Royal Irish Constabulary will be laid upon the Table.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Government has not seen its way to include any sum in the Estimates for the next financial year, in pursuance of the Committee's requirements. The presentation of the Report has, accordingly, been deferred.
