§ MR. WILLIAM JOHNSTONI beg to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland if it is the intention of the Government to bring in, during this session of Parliament, a measure dealing with reform of the County Courts in Ireland, containing provisions similar to those of the Bill introduced by the Lord Chancellor of Ireland in last session, and especially dealing with the issuing of decrees in undefended cases without waiting for the quarterly sittings of the courts.
§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. ATKINSON, Londonderry, N.)It is the intention of the Lord Chancellor of Ireland to introduce into 596 the House of Lords this session a Bill dealing with this matter, substantially identical with that introduced last year.
