Resolutions reported from the Committee:—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Charing Cross, Euston, and Hampstead Railway (No. 2) Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the Parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Railways Nos. 2, 3, and 4 be struck out of the Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Central Argentine and Rosario Railway Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the Parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Saddleworth, Springhead, and Lees Tramways Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
