GODDARD (Ipswich)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether persons desiring to inspect the register kept at the Smallpox Hospital of the Metropolitan Asylums Board, in accordance with Section 8 of the Vaccination Act, 1898, are required by the Medical Superintendent to be vaccinated before doing so; and whether a person who refuses to be vaccinated can demand a copy of the register on payment of the fees set forth in Section 8.
