PENN (Lewisham)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, whether he will state the number of engineer officers, engine room artificers, and stokers borne on the books at the present time, what number of these officers joined from Keyham and what number from outside sources, and what have been the additions to and subtraction from these grades in the present financial year.
