§ MR.RENSHAW (Renfrewshire, W.)asked if it would not be more convenient, in view of the Amendments, of which the First Lord of the Treasury had given notice, to Standing Order 21, that the Amendments now on the Paper should be taken off, in order that Members who wished might give notice of fresh Amendments.
