§ MR. HERBERT LEWIS (Flint Boroughs)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that a period of 12 months has expired since the Volunteer Service Company of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers enlisted, and that some of the men have left situations which have been kept open for 12 months only, that being the alternative period for which they enlisted, he will favourably consider the applications of men so circumstanced to be allowed to return home.
