§ MR. JOYCE (Limerick)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he has taken any steps to carry out the recommendations of the Preservative Committee to standardise the percentage of preservatives allowable in other articles besides butter and milk.
§ MR. WALTER LONGLegislation would be necessary to give effect to the recommendations referred to, but I have not at present arrived at a decision as to the course to be taken in the matter.
