§ MR. A. J. BALFOURstated that he had it in Command from His Majesty to acquint the House that His Majesty, having been informed of the subject matter of the Amendment made to the Standing Order (Office of Speaker) authorising the appointment of a Deputy Chairman who shall be empowered to act as Speaker, gives His Consent thereto.
