SIR WALTER FOSTER; I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he can state the number of cases of typhoid, fever and the number of deaths from that disease which have occurred among the troops serving in South Africa since May, 1901, giving, if possible, the numbers of cases and deaths for each month.
