FARRELLI beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether he is aware that, in the case of the Maconochy, County Longford, tenants, in which case the appeals by the landlord were lodged late and which are now to be heard at Longford on 27th March, 1265 the landlord's solicitor offered a half-year's rent to the tenants to waive their objections to the landlords' appeals going in; and whether he will direct the attention of the Court to this attempt to induce the tenants into foregoing their rights.
