THOMAS O'DONNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether he can explain why it is that the Local Government Board for Ireland have delayed the granting of a loan to the Dingle Rural District Council, Co. Kerry, for the making of a road in Glashabeg, especially seeing that the Congested Districts Board are giving one-half of the whole amount required, and that the County Council have sanctioned the work; and whether he will urge on the Local Government Board to consider this matter immediately.
