§ MR. BULL (Hammersmith)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, whether he can state when the Final Report of the Treasury Committee, appointed in 1900 to consider the preservation of local records, may be expected, having regard to his answer to a similar inquiry made on the 20th May last.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI can add nothing as far as I know to the answer given by my hon. friend the Secretary to the Treasury on January 30th, which was to the effect that the Report of the Committee is in course of preparation, but it is impossible to say when it will be presented.
