HC Deb 06 February 1902 vol 102 cc526-7
MR. GUEST (Plymouth)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of Their Majesties' approaching visit to Plymouth and Devonporton 7th March, the Admiralty would consider the desirability of closing the Dockyard and Victualling Yard for a holiday from Friday 7th March at noon until the following Monday morning.

* MR. ARNOLD-FORSTER

The arrangements in connection with the forth- coming launch of the "Queen" are not yet complete. I am not therefore at present in a position to inform the hon. Member what course will be pursued with regard to the work in the dockyard.
