HC Deb 18 December 1902 vol 116 cc1629-30
MR. FFRENCH () Wexford, N.

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the Board of Agriculture promised to give a grant for a technical school in Wexford; and if he can state why the promise has not been carried out.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The Department promised to make a contribution to the Technical Instruction Scheme, which includes the proposed erection of a school building out of funds to be borrowed by the District Council, with the sanction of the Local Government Board. The latter Department is in correspondence with the Council on the subject.
