TULLY () Leitrim, S.To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, in view of the fact that the Board of Works have recently examined the agreement under which a subsidy has been paid to the Shannon Development Company, and have made inquiries as to the manner in which this agreement has been observed by the company, he will state what steps they propose to take in this case.
(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) Perhaps I may be permitted to reply to this Question. The services have beet worked in accordance with the agreement between the Board and the Company and, as stated in my reply to the hon Member's previous Question of the 25th November, no steps are contemplated under the agreement.
