WEIRTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Metropolitan Police are empowered to appropriate for the purposes of a Police Fund money derived from the sale of lost or stolen dogs; and will he consider the expediency of taking such action as may be necessary to prevent the sale of lost or stolen dogs for vivisectional purposes.
