To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state what length of time a man or woman should be working during any season of the year at agricultural work to be con stitutcd an agricultural labourer within the meaning of the Labourers' (Ireland) Acts.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The expression "agricultural labourer" is defined by the 4th Section of 49 and 50 Vict., cap. 59. There is no period of time, such as suggested, prescribed by statute.
