HC Deb 17 December 1902 vol 116 c1474
MR. JOHN HUTTON (Yorkshire, Richmond)

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will undertake that the memorial of the officers of His Majesty's prisons, praying for the special consideration of their terms of service for pensions be referred to the Royal Commission on Civil Service Superannuation.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Akers Douglas.) I will see that the case is brought to the notice of the Commission, but I cannot undertake to say to what extent they may be able to deal with it under their terms of reference.
