§ MR. JAMES O'CONNORI beg to ask the Postmaster General if he will state what decision he has arrived at in regard to the appeal made to him by Members of Parliament to modify the new special leave regulations.
§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAINI have already addressed a letter on the subject to the hon. Member for South Islington informing him that, after full consideration, I am unable to depart from the decision arrived at by my predecessor. I may add that a similar communication has been addressed to the officers who memorialised me on the subject.
