§ MR. NICHOLSONTo ask the Secretary to the Board of Education whether he will consider the desirability of so amending the instructions to His Majesty's inspectors as to admit of an examination of individual scholars being held by one of His Majesty's inspectors, 1485 where such an examination is desired as a test of efficiency by the School Board or the authority responsible for the teaching of that school, and the inspector is willing to undertake such examination.
