To ask the Postmaster General, as representing the Secretary of State for the Colonies, if he will state the number of contracts which have been entered into since the termination of the war for the supply of provisions and beverages to the Field Force canteen at Pretoria; will he state whether excisable liquors thus supplied are exempt from tax, the number of tenders for each liquor contract, and whether the lowest tender for each such contract has been accepted.
