§ MR. TULLYI beg to ask the Postmaster General whether his attention has been drawn to the fact the local Secretary to the Postal Telegraph Clerks Association, at Londonderry, is to be removed from the postal to the telegraph department after the Christmas pressure for closer supervision, and is at present under surveillance by instruction of the postmaster; and will he say whether this action has his sanction.
§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAINNo such arrangement is contemplated. It is not the case that the officer in question has been placed under special surveillance.
