To ask the Secretary of State for India if he will say when the Report of the Commission on Irrigation will be presented to the House.

(Answered by Secretary Lord George Hamilton.) It is not possible to state when the Report of the Commission on Irrigation will be presented to the House, as it has not yet been submitted to the Government of India; but I have some reason to hope that the complete report may be in the hands of that Govenment before the end of February.
