§ Mr. TULLYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he will state the amount spent by the Crown in the prosecution of Messrs Studdert in the remount case at the Munster Winter Assizes; how much has been claimed by the defendants as expenses of witnesses for the defence; and how much has been paid to them.
