To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the terms and conditions upon which the holdings on the Rockford Estate, Connemara, have been let to the tenants by the Congested Districts Board.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) Seven of the new holdings have been sold to the tenants at seventeen years purchase of the rents, the prices varying from £157 to £186. The one remaining holding is about to be sold to the Connemara Basket Company.
