HC Deb 04 December 1902 vol 115 c1309
MR. MOON (St. Pancras, N.)

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, whether the Admiralty propose to make any alteration in the gunnery regulations in the direction of authorising an increased allowance of practice ammunition, improving the conditions of prize firing, and making long range firing more efficient.

(Answered by Mr. Arnold-Forster.) The question of the desirability of altering the gunnery regulations in these respects amongest others is under consideration, but I am not as yet in a position to say what alterations, if any, it will be decided to make in the existing regulations.
