To ask the Postmaster General, as representing the Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether he will give a Return showing the bounties paid by the self-governing or Crown Colonies, directly or indirectly, on the production or export of agricultural products, and stating the amount of such bounty paid on each separate article in each Colony.
