To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the summing-up of the Lord Chief Baron in the case of O'Keeffe v. Walsh and others.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) This was a litigation between private parties. There is no precedent, so far as I am aware, for laying upon the Table of the House the charge of the presiding Judge in such a case.
