TULLYI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can state what provision will be made to safeguard the superannuation rights of teachers transferred from School Boards to the authorities set up under the Education Bill; and whether the teachers' years of service for superannuation purposes will count from the date of his original appointment by the School Board or other school authority.
