HC Deb 08 August 1902 vol 112 c1105
GENERAL LAURIE (Pembroke, Haverford west)

To ask the President of the Local Government Board whether his attention has been called to the Report of the Public Analyst of the Borough of Paddiagton of 25th March last, in reference to the difficulties experienced by local authorities in conducting prosecutions for adulteration of milk; and whether such Amendments of the law will be proposed by him as will enable local authorities to conduct such prosecutions without being penalised in costs.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long); My attention has not been drawn to this Report, but on receiving a copy of it I will give consideration to the matter.
