§ MR. WEIRTo ask the Lord Advocate whether, with a view to facilitate the construction, improvement, and maintenance of marine works in Scotland, he will consider the expediency of introducing a Bill similar to the Marine Works (Ireland) Bill now before the House.
(Answered by Mr. Graham Murray.) The Secretary for Scotland cannot at present make any engagement to introduce a Bill as the hon. Member suggests.
