§ MR. DEVLIN (Kilkenny, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state if any of the defendants in the recent Studdert Remount trial in Dublin held or have held the Commission of the Peace or any Commission in the Army or Militia.
§ MR. WYNDHAMOne only of the defendants, Major C. W. Studdert, held the Commission of the Peace. He has been removed from the Commission. The other inquiry should be addressed to my right hon. friend the Secretary of State for War.
