MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will grant a Return giving the various baronies in Ireland charged with railway and harbour guarantees, the total annual cost and tax per £ of the valuation of such guarantee for each barony, the valuation and population of each barony, the total annual rate for local purposes of each of those baronies; and total remissions under Local Taxation Account of each of those baronies.
