BELL (Derby)I bog to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he has yet forwarded to the Railway and Canal Commissioners the objections of the railway companies to the rules prepared by the Board of Trade for the prevention of accidents to railway servants under the Railway Employment (Prevention of Accidents) Act, 1900; and if he can say when they are likely to be considered.
