§ DR. AMBROSE (Mayo, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is 168 aware that, in reply to a resolution of the inhabitants of Tiernar, Mallaranny, County Mayo, passed at a public meeting on the 28th of last December, the Congested Districts Board wrote on the 17th January to the secretary of the meeting, and promised to appoint a Committee of members of the Board to visit and inspect Rossmurravagh, near Mallaranny, with a view to building a slip for the benefit of the fishermen of the locality; has the Committee been appointed; and, if so, have they yet made their inspection, and with what result.
