FLOWER (Bradford, W)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether, in view of the International Conference on the Welfare and Protection of Children, to; be held in London next July, he will now 1327 cause to be prepared a Return of the number of Boards of Guardians who have put the Poor Law Act, 1899, in force, and the number of children adopted under its provisions.
