ARNOLD-FORSTERThe fan engines and fan for supplying forced draught to the stokeholds of the "Medusa" are being fitted above the protective deck, following the practice adopted in other second-class cruisers. The deck has not been cut to allow of air passages being made in it, as the existing air passages have been used.
