REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the evidence collected by the Army Canteen Committee, and their Report, will be published; and whether the House will be given an opportunity of discussing the matter before any steps are taken which may involve an alteration of the existing system, or an expenditure of public money.
