§ MR. FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Government offer of £12,000 to enable the reconstruction of the Portumna Pail-way will be available if a company finds the same amount of capital and undertakes to work the railway.
