§ MR. GERALD BALFOURMy hon. and gallant friend will find the law on the subject contained in Section 33 (5) of the Railway and Canal Traffic Act, 1886. I have communicated with the Great Eastern Company and they inform me that the particulars relating to the charges for the carriage of goods by sea between Rotterdam and Harwich are duly published in compliance with the law.
