I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will lay upon the Table a Memorandum of a similar nature to the one he caused to be issued in 1890 (Parliamentary Paper No. 163), relating to the progress of population, revenue, and expenditure, bringing the figures up to the end of the financial year 1901–2.
