HC Deb 21 April 1902 vol 106 cc808-9
* MR. PARKER (Gravesend)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any official representations have been received with reference to the feeling in Canada or any of the Colonics in connection with the proposed duties on corn and flour; and if, in that event, any such communications will he placed upon the Table.

MR. J. CHAMBERLAIN

I have received a letter on the subject from Lord Strathcona, acting no doubt on instructions from the Dominium Government, but I have no Papers that can be laid upon the Table.
