MACNAMARAI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether Clause 18 (1) of the Education Bill, excluding all evening schools from the operation of the Elementary Education Acts, and Clause 18 (2) excluding scholars over fifteen years of age from the operation of the Elementary Education Acts, will apply to London if the Bill becomes law.
