WINSTON CHURCHILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the advisability of calling upon commanding officers of Metropolitan Volunteer battalions to supply the War Office with a statement as to the steps they have taken up to the present time to carry out the Volunteer training scheme now in force, and how far they have met with success.
