GIBSON BOWLESI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether His Majesty's Government have taken any steps to provide docks and anchor-age for British vessels in the Bay of Gibraltar, not exposed to converging fire from guns which may be placed on the adjacent Spanish coast and territory; and, if so, what is the nature of such steps.
