§ 3. "That the additional Customs Duties on tobacco, beer, and spirits imposed by Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 of The 624 Finance Act, 1900 (including any increased Duties imposed by Section 5 of that Act), shall continue to be charged until the 1st day of August 1903."
