LOUGHI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he has received any communication from the Islington Borough Council with reference to alleged extravagance on the part of the Board of Guardians; and whether, considering the increase of the poor rate in that parish, he will be willing to grant an inquiry into the matter.
