§ SIR MARK STEWART (Kirkcudbrightshire)I beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works if he can state what facilities will be afforded to Members to see the Coronation procession with members of their family, whether in the precincts of the House or elsewhere.
§ MR. AKERS DOUGLASIt is proposed to provide the same facilities to view the Royal progress on June 27th as were afforded to hon. Members and the Officials of the House on the occasion of the Jubilee in 1897. The actual site of the stands has not yet been decided upon. The hon. Baronet is no doubt aware that on the day of the Coronation seats will be provided in Westminster Abbey for Members and their wives.
