FLYNN (Cork Co., N.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether General Delarey made a request of Lord Kitchener, either immediately before or shortly after the release of Lord Methuen, to allow medicines and bandages to be forwarded through the British lines by friends of the Boers; and, if so, whether he can state what was Lord Kitchener's reply to that request.
